“I feel “junk f…

“I feel “junk food” as we know it today, is a misnomer. Any food, even the so called “healthy foods” can be junk food depending on if the proportions are imbalanced. All foods should be enjoyed, the catch is to eat in balanced proportions.”

  1. Yeah but what happens when you’re soooooo hungry, that burrito in front of you just vanishes! Or you make a wok full of Thai noodles and it’s just staring at you.

Yeeaaaahh, I kinda eat healthy… no, I do eat healthy. But when hunger strikes, #ain’tnobodygottimeforthat

  2. Thanks for the info dearie. Could you cite some examples of balanced proportions? Because I think it depends on a lot of factors. Size for example……… Heheheheheh 🙂

    • Hehehehe. It’s basically “give and take”. The more calories you give your body, the more you have to take out of it (e.g. in the form of exercise or general activity) so that the excess is not stored in the body as fat. Also fats and carbohydrates are higher in calories than proteins so you could work with that.
