The idea is to eat vegetables…okay not just vegetables but the idea is to make your diet as varied as possible. Vary the colors, textures, fragrances and the classes of your food. Don’t just eat vegetables or carbs or fruits or meat alone, have a mix, do something different.
As seen in the picture, instead of having the plain old proverbial tea and bread, add a twist, go further and add vegetables and if your heart is strong enough, just make plain tea without milk or sugar.
In my case I prefer tea without milk so all I added to it was sugar.
It was a nice and simple breakfast.
